About The Artist 

Mara Capozzi has built a trusted name for herself over the past 20 years in Hollywood's ultra-competitive Entertainment Industry. As a Celebrity Make-Up Artist/ Hair Stylist, her talent and creativity, along with her keen, intimate knowledge of concept and skilled technique make her indispensable to top advertisers, studio executives, and documentary producers.

Capozzi’s love for makeup and hair design is not just limited to A-List talent.  Aside from studying fine art in her hometown of Toronto, Canada, she trained at the prestigious Make-up Designory in Burbank, and is Licensed as a Cosmetologist in state of California.

Capozzi travels often,  extensively researching what is of the moment, as well as the long standing standards of classic beauty; with intention of keeping her craft sharp by studying current trends in fashion, beauty, and global style.

 "To me looking great emanates from within. My focus is on making everyone feel good in their own skin. I tend toward subtly enhancing as a whole - keeping things natural and fresh looking. Another of my favorite approaches  is to selectively highlight a single feature and adding drama there, while creating a harmonious total look. There is beauty in everyone, revealing it gives me joy!"   

Capozzi currently resides in Los Angeles.
